Benova provides high-standard online 1v4 English classes for Chinese children aged 6–7 who are in the early stages of learning English.
We value course quality. Your teaching quality, professional level, and actual contributions determine your salary progression. The number of classes you teach is only one part of the calculation.
We provide paid training, clear teaching standards, specific feedback, and regular evaluations. We will continue supporting your growth and helping you improve your teaching quality, so your pay reflects your ability and performance.
You can continue developing as a higher-level classroom teacher, with opportunities to move into course design, course quality, or teacher development roles.
We aim to keep teachers, student groups, and class times relatively consistent. You will gradually get to know the same group of children, build trust with them, and see how they grow through your teaching.

Part-Time, Trial Collaboration, and Project-Based Work
Compensation will be based on your ability and the actual scope of work, paid by time or by project.

Actual contributions to the course and team
Evaluation results will be used to support teacher growth, salary adjustments, responsibilities, and development opportunities.
Work From Home
Depending on mutual fit and role requirements, the working arrangement may be part-time, project-based, or full-time.

Required Experience
Have sustained experience teaching children aged 4–8 online
Have taught complete beginners or early-stage beginners
Have continued teaching children online within the past year
Can provide stable and reliable availability
Teaching Ability
Use accurate and natural English that children can understand easily
Communicate clearly, naturally, and engagingly on camera
Can use short and clear Teacher Language
Can use actions, facial expressions, pictures, and demonstrations to help children understand
Can observe children instead of simply following the script
Can adjust teaching based on children’s responses
Can handle children who are shy, silent, distracted, call out answers, or become overexcited

More than three years of relevant young learner teaching experience

Experience using ClassIn or a similar online classroom platform
Ability to provide authorized recordings of actual classes
Ability to explain clearly why you use a particular teaching approach

Paid Trial Collaboration and Pilot
Candidates who pass the Paid Audition may enter a paid trial collaboration and Pilot.
